7 | 366 Ten Thousand Steps
Every year I choose a guiding word for the year and this year my word is Habit. I'm focusing more on habits, rituals, I want to invite into my life rather than ones I want to change. It's hard to reach 10,000 steps a day when you sit at a desk all day so I've begun the habit of taking the dogs for a small walk in the morning to start the day mindful of this new routine.
Today there was this amazing fog and without a camera, without a phone, all I could do was be in the moment and let it inspire me. When we got back home I ran to grab my camera and went back out. Fully energized and inspired I made this image thankful for someone else to come into the frame practicing their habit.
